Core: idle_out problem

Yesterday, a user foo should have idled out after being detached
for 5 days..The user apparently did get idled out, but when i do
a /who, i still see the person on the who list..I dont know if this
is related or not, but about about 2 checkpoints later I got a message
which went something like this..

### The Detach Count is inconsistent [1:0] ###

i dont know of the problem is with /who or the idle-out procedure..
