Core changes:
o by setting $system you can alter the name given for messages from 'lily'
to whatever you want {alan@NASA}
o '$vote issue' has been added to allow for changing the issue {alan@NASA}
o '/where' will now list the current user's membership by default {Ceej@RPI}
o bugs in #0:checkpoint_started() fixed (thinker@RPI)
o typos in '/display banner' and 'appoint' fixed (bp@RPI)
o '/who' once again lists members of a group not connected (bp@RPI)
o /info left off '(You may now set the info for...)' messages (I@RPI)
o another bug in detach counter fixed (bp@RPI)
o clients are now dynamicly allocated {bp@RPI, Gordon@Panix}
o '/observe' and '/unobserve' are now built {bp@RPI}
o fixed bug in $lily_utils:expand_disc_keyword() which failed when there are
no discussions available (Shiva@RPI)
o the Core is now packed down to a minimum of objects {alan@NASA} **
o the Core now _only_ includes the root account and the newuser discussion,
no administrative or programming accounts are included {alan@NASA}
o /group has been totally rewritten
o /signal, /notify, /timestamp, /permit, /depermit, /ignore, /block, and
/group should not accept clients as objects (bp@RPI)
o added cache invalidation code in /send and new user login process
o _the_ detach cache count problem (with $shutdown) is _finally_ fixed

The Core will be available for anonymous ftp within 30 minutes. I'll switch
the RPI Core server over the weekend.
A new lilypad is due out next week after I finish the NASA moderated
discussion code (priorites :) ).
