ON and OFF used to work, I don't know if they still do. If it's
not much work then it'd be nice to have. I can't really say it'd
be used all that much, though. I don't think it would make much
sense for personal review buffers.

The ability to CLEAR the review is important, and given that then
I don't think the OFF is too important. CLEAR would make sense
for personal reviews, of course.

Hmm. I guess the question would be, what is the behavior of:
[activity going on in "reviewed thing"]
/review rev-thing off
[more activity going on]
/review rev-thing on

when the review is turned back on, would the "more activity" be
included as part of that review? There might be some vaguely
interesting options to implement here, but I don't think that
any of them are all that high a priority.
