Core changes
o $client no longer has a hard reference to object #103 (thinker@RPI)
o events are no longer being broadcast to clients (thinker@RPI)
o /allow was missing the 'off' option in 1.9.5a
o /oops did not handle the new abs_last_recip data type
o /oops did not recognize a no-previous-send situation
o games needed its own event {Phil@RPI}
o consulting needed its own event {bp@RPI}
o sites can now reconfigure themselves easily on a new Core {alan@NASA}
o during account creation initial blurbs may be set {alan@NASA}
o /pa has been added {Ceej@RPI}
o an update to Gordon's transfer program (Gordon@Panix)
This Core will be available at approx 5:30pm tonight. If you have any last minute things you need to get into the Core, speak _NOW_. :)
Also, if you have site customizations, get them to me now and I'll code them into $setup.
