new version of moo on eclipse

Based on a recommendation from the guys at NeXT, I recompiled the
moo so it wouldn't do anything with the -posix support. While I
was at it, I followed up on a suggestion from Maker that I get the
latest version of the moo from xerox. This included a few minor
bug fixes that weren't in the most recent version compiled for
running lilyCore on eclipse.

In doing that, I did use FileMerge.app to make sure I didn't loose
any of Christian's changes to the 1.7.8-p3 version. The bug fixes
in 1.7.8-p4 were fairly easy to pick out (and among other things,
this new patch level would have gotten rid of most of the references
to posix support). Even with -Wall added in this patch level, it
all compiled cleanly.

Hopefully this will solve our ever-increasing swapfile problem. If
it does, we'll be able to go back to having restarts being a rare
event.

More details sometime later, right now I could really use some
sleep... (I also should thank bp for sticking around for the
reboots these last two nights. Thanks bp!).
