We could balance this off by keeping somewhat fewer events per
review buffer, if the swapfile situation did get to be too
much of a problem. I imagine there are fewer people upset if
we moved the 500 event limit (at RPI) down to 450, than there
are which are annoyed by discussions getting destroyed so
quickly.

I wouldn't drop it by much. Just a little to balance things
off, if the process size were really effected much by keeping
a few discussions around for a few extra days.
